Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is fixed for the scope described in writing. Material price changes (e.g., paver shortages) may require a written change order before work proceeds.

Payment

For projects under $1,000, payment is due on completion. For larger projects, our standard payment schedule is 25% deposit, 50% at midpoint, 25% on completion. We accept e-transfer, credit card, debit, cheque and cash.

Warranties

We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on hardscaping, a 1-year warranty on installed plants, and a satisfaction guarantee on all maintenance services. Warranties are void if work is altered by another contractor or damaged by neglect.

Cancellations

Recurring maintenance can be cancelled with 7 days' written notice. For installation projects, cancellations after deposit are subject to a fee equal to costs incurred (materials ordered, design time, permits).

Liability

TriCity Landscapers carries $2M general liability insurance and $5M arborist coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing utility damage when locates are not available, or for damage resulting from undisclosed underground structures.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
