What areas do you service?
We service all of Cambridge (Galt, West Galt, East Galt, Preston, Hespeler and Blair), all of Kitchener (every neighbourhood from Doon to Westmount), and all of Waterloo (Uptown, Beechwood, Westvale, Eastbridge, Vista Hills and beyond). We may also take on projects in Ayr, Breslau and St. Jacobs depending on availability — just ask.
Are you fully insured?
Yes — fully and properly insured for every type of work we do. $2M general liability, $5M arborist liability for tree work, and full WSIB coverage. We'll email you our insurance certificate before any job starts — reputable landscaping contractors in Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo should always be able to provide this without hesitation.
How fast can I get a quote?
Most quotes across Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo are returned within one business day. For straightforward services like lawn care, snow removal contracts or seasonal cleanups, we can often quote based on photos and your property address alone.
Do you charge for quotes?
No — all on-site quotes are free, with no obligation. The only exception is detailed garden design work, which carries a $250 design fee that's credited back to your installation invoice.
What forms of payment do you accept?
E-transfer, credit card, debit, cheque or cash. Larger projects can be split into 25% deposit / 50% mid-project / 25% on completion.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes: 5-year workmanship warranty on hardscaping, 1-year warranty on installed plants, and a satisfaction guarantee on all maintenance work.
What's your cancellation policy for weekly maintenance?
Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice — no fees, no contracts. We earn your business each week.
Do you do snow removal for businesses?
Yes — commercial snow removal is a significant part of what we do across the Tri-City. We service condo complexes, retail plazas, industrial lots and small business properties in Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo. All commercial contracts include 24/7 service guarantees and GPS-verified service logs for liability documentation.
Can you work around my pets / kids / sprinkler system?
Of course. Just let us know upfront and we'll plan around them. We always close gates behind us, mark sprinkler heads before digging, and keep tools out of high-traffic zones.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Call us. We'll come back, fix it, or refund the visit. Our reputation matters far more than any single invoice — we won't leave a customer unhappy.
Do you remove the debris?
Yes — leaves, branches, soil, sod, old pavers, all debris is hauled away as part of every job. Organic material goes to Region of Waterloo composting facilities.
